Aspiration Park, Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC) is a Green Building located at PTD 35600, Sedenak Tech Park I (STEP East), Ibrahim Technopolis (IBTEC), Mukim Bukit Batu, 82100 Kulai, Johor. It is 2-storey building sales gallery consists of office spaces, co-working spaces, multi-purpose hall, retail, F&B spaces, public spaces and green parks encompassing a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 4,317.77m2. The implementation of green features and sustainable daily operational solutions has become part of their green building initiatives. Therefore, the Aspiration Park is designed in compliance with Green Building Index (GBI) standards, which offers various passive and active design elements that enhance the building’s sustainability. Its strong commitment to sustainability has earned the project a GBI Design Provisional Certification under the Non-Residential New Construction (NRNC) tool at the Gold rating level. This building has been incorporated with green features for energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainable site and indoor comfort to enhance user experiences and a greener environment.
