The factory is located on LOT 18, JALAN SAC 2/2, SENAI AIRPORT CITY (SAC), 81400 SENAI, JOHOR, MALAYSIA. This project is designed to achieve GBI Certified. Below are some of the green features: - Passive designed architecture that has achieve OTTV of 40.26W/m2. - Use of insulation that has achieved U value 0.472W/m2k for RC roof and 0.341W/m2k for metal deck roof. - Has an EMS System for the building - Solar installed for 23.64% @ 531.92kWp - Lighting is zone for area more than 100sq.m. - Maintenance team to be on board 1-3 months before CPC & provision of Building User Manual. - No smoking near building opening. - Use of Low VOC materials and Low Formaldehyde products. - Breakout space provided for workers. - 4 Green Vehicle Parking bays and 4 Carpool Parking bays provided - 21.06% Recycled content material is sourced for this project and 31.43% are local products sourced within 500km from site. - Recycling facilities are provided to the occupants. - Digital water meter is installed for water leak monitoring and linked to EMS. - Green vehicle charging station is provided for electric and hybrid car. - Water Efficient Fittings is installed for more water saving, 45.37%. - 100% use of electric forklifts in the warehouse - Real-time energy monitoring display for occupants’ awareness - Herbs garden for canteen/workers use.
