This state-of-the-art manufacturing facility represents a flagship development for LEM in the ASEAN region and serves as the largest manufacturing facility within its global network. The project comprises an investment of approximately RM80 million, developed over a 3-acres site at Penang Science Park North, Penang. The facility was designed and constructed by M.E.I. Project Engineers Sdn. Bhd. and has been awarded the Final GBI Silver Rating under the Industrial New Construction (INC) assessment framework. The design incorporates integrated sustainability strategies addressing energy efficiency, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials, site planning, and innovation.
