Flexus  is  a  20-­‐storey  development  comprising  of  12  units  of  shops  and  286  units  of  signature suites  located   along  Jalan  Kuching,  Kuala  Lumpur.  The  development  has  good  connectivity  to  basic  services  found  in  the   surrounding  shops  in  addition  to  the  Segambut  Komuter  Station  located  within  600m  from  the   development  providing  easy  access  to  public  transportation. The  development  boast  facilities  such  as  fully-­‐equipped  Fitness  Area,  Swimming  Pool  and  Pool  Terrace   linked  with  a  Spa,  Changing  Rooms,  and  Multi-­‐Purpose  Function  Hall.  A  roof  top  landscape  garden  adds  an   element of  nature  with  a sky  lounge  offering  KL  cityscape  as  a  panoramic  backdrop  for  any  event.
