Eco Bloom is a 34 storey condominium development that comprises 490 units residential units which is set in a charming corner of Bukit Tambun on Penang mainland. Total land size for development is 4.75 acre. its offer 24,000 sq.ft. Bloom garden on ground level, accessible by public. And the tower offer the residence total 58,244 sq.ft. of amenities & park area di level 8 podium & sky garden at level 33. The major facade of condominium is orientated to 2 major sides, North and South in order to reduce the solar heat gain getting to the internal space of the building. Tinted glass is used for the building to further reduce the Overall Thermal Transmit Value (OTTV) and keep the building in a cool manner. All habitable rooms such as bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining are provided with window for capture maximum natural lighting and also to allow cross ventilation happened inside the unit. In order to achieve green indoor air quality, low VOC paint with certificate accepted by GBI is applied to all wall and ceiling surfaces.
