Designer Suites at PJ Centrestage is located on lot at No. 1 Jalan 13/1, Seksyen 13, 46100 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It consists of 2 towers, with 434 units in Block A (14-Storey), and 341units in Block C (11-Storey) The Designer Suite was part of a mix development, which consist of a Shoplex on Ground and 1st Floor, and a Hotel at Block B (11-Storey). All 3 components of the mix development is design to achieve Green Building Index Certified status. Green Features 1. Northeast-Southwest orientation of main façade to minimize sun heat penetration. 2. All glazing area is shaded with special design aluminum louvered shading devices 3. Use of AAC Blocks for all external wall to reduce heat transmission. 4. High Performance glass is use for all perimeter glazing 5. Insulation is installed on roof. 6. Building energy management system for control and monitoring 7. Lighting is zone to allow for flexible use of space and motion sensor is installed to control common area lighting. 8. Commissioning Specialist is on board to ensure that the building is properly commission. 9. The building is design to allow for natural ventilation, for better indoor environment air quality and also more energy efficient. 10. Low VOC paint for all indoor spaces 11. High frequency ballasts for fluorescent luminaries. 12. Provision for carpooling/van pooling parking 13. Recycle formwork is use during construction to reduce construction waste. 14. The project uses regional material to reduce the carbon emission 15. 90% of construction waste is also sent to recycling company instead of landfill. 16. Water efficient fitting is use for all units to reduce potable water consumption 17. Sub Water Meter is installed for every unit 18. Use of Intelligent and high efficient regenerative lifts. 19. Water use during regular firefighting tank testing is channeled back to the firefighting tank for recycling. 20. OTTV calculation = 38 W/sq.m < 50W/sq.m
