The Conlay Station (Phase 1 - Tower A 41 Storey) is planned within the vicinity of KLCC in Kuala Lumpur. The development comprises of a 41 storeys office tower. The development was designed to achieve Green Building Index (GBI) Gold rating and meet the goals of energy and water efficiency. The major green features of the building include the use of low VOC paint and coating for all interior walls and ceilings, reduction of pollution to the surrounding by complying to the Manual Saliran Mesra Alam (MSMA) requirements, provision of sub meter to monitor building energy and water consumption, use of recycled content materials and regional materials, encouragement of waste management by providing recycling bins during construction and building occupancy, automated lighting control through the use of motion sensor and photocell sensor to reduce lighting energy consumption, use of rainwater harvesting system and water efficient fittings to reduce potable water consumption, provision of carbon dioxide sensors for better indoor air quality control and energy efficient, recovery and use of condensate water from air conditioning system to reduce potable water consumption, use of regenerative lift and heat recovery wheel to reduce building energy consumption.
