BMW ASIA TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (PHASE 2) Is a 2 storey extension to the existing 1 storey BMW ASIA TECHNOLOGY Warehouse in Senai, Johor. The project is targeting to achieve GBI GOLD. Below are some features design for this project • Passive designed architecture that has achieve OTTV of 49.2/m2. • Use of roof insulation that has achieved U value 0.367W/m2k • RTTV for this project is 12.31 W/m2 • 975 kWp solar panel will be install, generating at least 1,072Mwh per year • Target bei is 50.54kWh/sq.m/year with RE • Energy Management System in the form of IOT is provided to monitor and analyse electricity usage. • Maintenance team to be on board 1-3 months before CPC & provision of Building User Manual. • No smoking near building opening • Use of Low VOC and materials. • 20.89% Recycled content material and 22.67% regional material is sourced for this project. • Recycling facilities are provided to the occupants. • Water Efficient Fittings is specify, saving 2,010 m3/year (54.89%) • Digital water meter is installed for water leak monitoring and linked to IOT • Green vehicle charging station is provided for electric and hybrid car. • Electric forklift is also use inside the warehouse • Real time energy monitoring display is provided at main lobby for awareness
