BAYANA FOOD CENTRE & BAYANA PARC Is a commercial food court comprising of two buildings (BAYANA FOOD CENTRE and BAYANA PARC). The project is targeting to achieve GBI GOLD. Below are some features designs for this project • Passive designed architecture that has achieve OTTV of 49.08W/m2 for BAYANA FOOD CENTRE and 48.57W/m2 for BAYANA PARC. • Use of roof insulation that has achieved U value 0.255W/m2k • Motion and lux sensors are provided to reduce energy consumption • 89.38 kWp solar panel will be installed, generating at least 125MWh per year • Target BEI is 48.72kWh/sq.m/year with RE • Maintenance team to be on board 1-3 months before CPC & provision of Building User Manual. • No smoking near building opening. • Use of Low VOC and materials. • 31.81% Recycled content material and 65.97% regional material is sourced for this project. • Recycling facilities are provided to the occupants. • Water Efficient Fittings is specified, saving 2,652 m3/year (62.47%) • Vertical Green Wall is one of the green design feature • Bicycle facilities are prepared for cyclist • Composting Bin are prepared to encourage on-site composting • Industrial Fan is used for lower energy ventilation
