Therefore, the Aspiration Park is designed in compliance with Green Building Index (GBI) standards, which offers various passive and active design elements that enhance the building’s sustainability. Its strong commitment to sustainability has earned the project a GBI Design Provisional Certification under the Non-Residential New Construction (NRNC) tool at the Gold rating level. This building has been incorporated with green features for energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainable site and indoor comfort to enhance user experiences and a greener environment.
